When you register on or before February 6, 2010 you can
deduct $ 50.00 from each registration fee below:

Cost:  Youth House League

Players born 1992-2002                 $170.00 per player
Players born 2003                          $160.00   per player
Players born 2004-2006                 $110.00   per player

Cost:  Travel and Senior Recreational

Youth Competitive                          $280.00 per player                       
Senior Competitive                         $280.00 per player
Senior Men Recreational                 $150.00 per player
Senior Women Recreational            $150.00 per player
       
Family Membership: Youth Players only 

When more than two players are registered per family then the following fee schedule applies. Travel players charged first, followed by the oldest recreational player.
On or before February 6, 2010 –  Two players-regular fee.  Additional players 50% discount on regular fee (half price).

If all openings are filled in a specific age group prior to Feb. 6th, then registration will cease for that age group and players will be put on a waiting list. Registrations will be accepted after Feb. 6th, 2010 only if space is available for the player’s age group.

PLEASE NOTE:  THERE WILL BE NO SPECIAL REQUESTS IN REGARDS TO PLAYER PLACEMENT ON TEAMS.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUTH PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED TO TRY OUT.
Administration Fee:  $25.00 will be applied for NSF cheque and refund!

Post-dated cheques cannot be dated later than March 31, 2010 and only for half of the total registration!
REQUEST FOR REFUND HAS TO BE IN WRITING AND CAN BE FOUND ON CLUB’S WEBSITE!
No refunds after April 30, 2010 for leaving the Club’s program!

We will continue to reimburse head coaches (one per team) for travel expenses as in the previous year:

The refund cheque will be issued once the equipment has been returned to the Club’s equipment manager at the end of the season.

We offer the following programs:

Youth Competitive Teams for Boys & Girls:

**Teams play once per week and practice twice per week.

If there are not enough players for a gender specific division, we will form a co-ed division to give both genders a chance to play!
